Camera Fun

When my sister Sam was home on leave we took a bunch of pictures on here computer..they were all distorted!! We were laughing so hard we were in tears. He computer has a crack in the screen so that is what the black line is.

Gingerbread House

I have always wanted to make a gingerbread house. I was going to make one last year but Levi came a little early so we didn't. It was so much fun!! I want to make it a tradition. Hopefully next year Levi can help too.

Visiting Santa

We took the kids to the local fire station to meet Santa. Sammy was really excited...Levi was okay as long as I was holding him. Sammy got to "drive" the fire truck!! We took lots of pictures...he was smiling from ear to ear the entire time. They got cute little fire hats too!!

Levi's First Birthday

Levi turned one today!! I had so much fun with him. He was so fun to watch with his cake. He loved it!! He ate almost the entire piece and was covered head to toe with frosting!! His bath water turned blue!! We spent the morning at the gym and at a play date with some friends. Then we came home and took naps and played. When Chris got home we ate dinner and had cake. Then we opened presents. Sammy got him a Transformers plate set and we got him some new shoes and wall clings for his room. He got lots of other really cute clothes from other family members too. Over all it was a great day!! I can't wait to see what this next year brings for him.

Thanksgiving 2009

This year we stayed home and had our own little Thanksgiving. It was such a nice and relaxing day. I prepared the side dishes in the morning so it was ready to go and Chris made the turkey. I love that!! We played Super Mario Brothers for most of the day..it was great!! Chirs' family is visiting for the weekend and then Chris is back to work. I am bummed. Looking forward to celebrating Levi's first birthday next week!!!

Eleven Months Old

Levi has less than one month until he is one!! That sounds crazy to me!! He has been standing by himself lately and decided to take his first steps last week...says dada, mama and all done!! He pushes cars on the floor and makes funny car mumbles. He loves his bottles and bananas. I can't wait to celebrate his first birthday!!

The pictures this month were a bit hard to take as they are every month but he is sick. He had a fever of 102 and has an ear infection in both ears. He is starting to feel better but was not a very happy little guy on Thursday. He woke up at 4:30 and I thought maybe he was hungry so I gave him a bottle and we went back to sleep but he woke up pretty quick after that and kept whining and whimpering. He didn't want me to set him down. He threw up later on in the morning the first time ever!! I felt so bad for him. He is on antibiotics so that seems to be helping. He's feeling a bit better now but don't touch his ears!! YIKES!!

How I Keep Busy

This is how I spend my days...I call him my little tornado!! He goes from room to room making messes but at least it keeps me busy!!

First Steps

Levi took his first steps on Wednesday!!! I think you can hear the excitement in the video!! He isn't walking yet but he sure is close...I love watching him crawl anyway!!!

Happy Halloween

For Halloween this year we had a big weekend. On Friday we went to our church for a Fall Carnival. They had a lot of fun kids games and Sammy of course loved getting candy. They had a magician but we didn't stay for that. The kids were starting to get tired so we went home. On Saturday we went to my friends house for a Boo-tastic baby party. It was nice to visit with some ladies :) After that we headed home and got ready for some trick or treating!! Chris stayed home and put Levi to bed and I took Sammy out to get some candy. He was so cute and so excited!!! He said trick or treat every time and wasn't shy at all!! He got some pretty good loot!!!

Sammy decided he wanted to be Dash after watching The Incredibles...so since I couldn't find a Jack Jack costume for Levi I made a shirt with the logo on it. They both looked so cute but neither one of them like wearing the mask. I tried to get some cute pictures of them :)
