Car Show

Yesterday we took Sammy to his very first car show. He loved it!!! There were so many cars there. I couldn't believe it! His favorite was an orange truck. He also got to sit in a yellow Mustang...his favorite car and color!! I really liked Ramone that is what I called it...it looked just like Ramone from Cars. It was fun and I am really glad we got to go.

Family Visit

Last weekend Chris' family came up for a visit. We always have a good time with them. I know Chris really likes staying up late playing games with the guys. I can't seem to make it quite that long...

Eight Months Old

This is a little late but Levi is eight months old now. Time is going by so fast with him, much faster than with Sammy. He is so much happier these days than he was as a newborn. He is eating a lot more solid food and only nursing about three times a day. It kind of makes me sad. He loves bananas and mum mums. Well he likes anything he can feed himself. He still isn't a big veggie lover but I found some baby food that has both fruit and veggies so I sneak them in. Sometimes I wish I could slow time down for a little bit...I just want him to stay a baby for now. He is finally starting to sleep thru the night...it took so long!! He is such a little stinker....it is hard to get things done around the house when he is awake. He moves so fast and gets into anything he can get his hands on. He likes to crawl on Sammy and Sammy loves it. Sammy says "beat me up Levi" they are so cute together. Levi just started standing up in shopping carts so I really have to watch him there. He is a joy...I just love him!!!

A Day with Friends

The day after the reunion we went to visit some of our friends. Their son is the same age as Sammy and their daughter is a few months older than Levi. The kids always have fun playing with new toys. Sammy had fun playing in their pool. It looked really fun.

10 Year Reunion

Chris had his ten year class reunion last weekend. It was nice to get together with friends (and no kids). I wanted to wear a dress for some reason and I was glad that I did. So I ended up being part of the white dress clan. It was pretty funny. We didn't even plan it that way!!!

Pirate Days

Sammy still really likes playing pirate. He just looks so cute with the eye patch!!
